I see that Life Like is making a chop nose GP7s and GP9s modeled for CP and CN. I do know much about the CP and CN versions of these locomotives, but I am interested in the differences in CP/CN versions and Santa Fe's GP7/9s. I have access to a copy of Priest's "Santa Fe Locomotives, Vol.1" which has a bunch of info on the chop nose Santa Fe GP7/9s. What is a good source of info for the CN/CP GP7/9s? How close is the CN/CP Life Like model to the Santa Fe prototypes?

Santa Fe rebuilt a bunch of the GP7/9s, it would be nice to see Life-Like produce this model!

Darin Spain
