Pullman Standards 6-6-4's were 81'6" over the buffers. I don't how long the Burlington's Budd 6-4-6 sleepers were.

The Frisco and Katy ceased passenger operations around 1967. The MoPac ceased passenger operations when Amtrak took over passenger operations. The only MoPac passenger to survive to this day uninterupted is train 15-16 the Missouri River Eagle now called the Ann Rutledge. Trains 15-16 ran between Omaha and Saint Louis. The Ann Rutledge runs from Chicago to Kansas City Union Station and is a 403b train, subsidized by the states of Illinois and Missouri.
