What passenger cars ran on the SOUTHERN Railway that might have been transferred at Knoxville onto the Little River Railroad & Logging Company for excursions in the 1920s?

I have an undated Little River photo that appears to show heavyweight cars with clerestory roof, no more than 15 windows in the coach. (HO models I've Googled are for 70-80 foot cars with some 21 windows.) There are reflections from the side of the combine, probably indicating steel cars. I could e-mail the photo (*.jpg, 270 kB).

Another Little River photo I have from my Mother's album (dated 1923) is small and indistinct but appears to show vertical striations on the side of the coach, probably indicating wood siding. At least one of the coaches appears to have a sort of arch in the fascia above the windows, so that the space available for the road name is narrowest at the center of the car. This is presumably a different type of car.

I hope to model the scene shown in the two photos. Through Trains.com I was able to obtain a model of the 2-4-4-2 Mallet pulling the cars.
