This model is showed every year at the Dortmund toy fair in Deutchland.
I visit this toy fair and can resist to give a visit to this masterpiece each year.
I share some picture of it.
It's a live steam model of an Y6b of the N&W build by a duitser between 1998 and around 2010.
Its not a model but really a reduction of the real thing, running on 71/4 track gauge, featuring all axle suspended, tender trucks really working whith springs, working steam dual air compressor, working air brake, steam injector, steam generator, lubrificating system, roller bearing and the N&W system booster allowing high pressure steam going to the light pressure cylinder for more power when starting and at low speed.
This small monster wheight 225 kg whithout tender, has an around 110 horse power and 7dm² of fire area.
In the same group an N&W class "A" following the same level is in construction

This is a beautiful model, very nice craftsmanship!
Perhaps the different trucks on the front of the tender can be chalked up to pictures taken at different times? The OP said that he looks at it every year, so it is likely a work in progress. The small 4 wheel truck may have been a stand-in until the proper 3 axle trucks could be built. That is, of course, conjecture on my part.
However impressive the locomotive, I don't believe it is capable of delivering 110 horsepower. Perhaps a decimal point got misplaced - 11 HP would be closer to reasonable, although it would still be a stellar performer at that - or maybe that number is supposed to be the boiler pressure - 110 psi, perhaps (which is roughly equal to 750 kpa).
Regardless, that still doesn't take anything away from this amazing project! Thank you for sharing the pictures.

Yes You have right, the pictures I share to this post where taken between 2010 and 2013, so some things were upgrated like the tender trucks, but also the working air brake system and the power booster.
I am sure about the 110 horse power, and try to find a picture of the specification chart which is showed on one of the picture. Yes as far as I remenber the boiler pressure is quite hight for such a model, but follow the N&W practice. ( in European measure a real Y6 was around 21kg x cm²)
The fire surface is also great for a model, 7dm² and a dm² is a square of nearly 4"x4"
