this is not polly scale, I model N.S. and I found that [took it right up to the real engine to compair] was walmart brand flat black.[ blue cans]. It takes decals really good and if I want it shiney I spray with clear gloss. most time just clear matt finish. work great for me and cheap to.

It should be a "true" black not a weathered black color.

Engine black would be good choice, not weathered or grimy black.

i would contact polly scale and ask them
Being old is when you didn't loose it, it's that you just can't remember where you put it.

What Polly Scale black paint is most correct for NS black? There is so many different black paints they make so its so hard to find the correct scheme even though I railfan all the time along NS.
