Guys, I agree. Unless you want a GG1 you are pretty much out of luck. [:(] That is of course unless you have$$$$$$$$ <br /> <br />I became interested in the "heavy electrics" after my mother-in-law[:0] gave me her old Ives toy train she had when she was a little girl. That got me to doing some research to find out what locomotives these (and lionel's) classic toy trains were suppose to represent. I discovered that these locomotives actually had quite a history and a place in major operations. I guess that is why I am surprised that nobody makes anything like the S-1 (besides Lionel's O scale version). This locomotive alone operated in NYC for about 70 years. That is longer than most. Doesn't that warrant a model from someone? [soapbox]
