For the carpeting, and discriptions of interiors, you should check into The Official Pullman-Standard Library Vol. 1 Santa Fe by W. David Randall and William M. Ross. The interiors of the prewar cars didn't vary much until the final rebuildings when the walls were painted a pale green. There is a good color shot of a pre-war PSMC 4-4-2 sleeper. There will be a book coming out next year by TLC Publications on the Super Chief and will have descriptions of the interiors. <br />Ch
