If you have a specific build number/road name, many of the original engineering drawins and builders photos have survived across various groups, I'd recommend a historical society for the roadname/region of the specific locomotive you're looking for (or one that had a prototype similar to the general plan you're looking for)

Otherwise, the best guide to finding Baldwin records continues to be this thread over on the RPN forums. The actual Baldwin records have been spread far and wide.

Gidday Gary, you don’t give a reason as to why you would like a drawing of Polson # 70, and I don’t know your draughtsman abilities, so this link to its dimensional data, (combined with the number of photos of #70) maybe of little use to you.
