I believe all of the streamline code 100 turnouts have a diversion angle of 12 degrees. Thus matching up with the 12 & 24 degree crossings.

use the 12 (long)to cross an adjacent parallel track.  24 (short) to build a double crossover

Hi there,

All of Peco's turnouts are meant to be an angle of 7 degrees so a "large radius" and a "small radius" or medium radius together will correctly space a double track crossover.

The different radii used to be considered to be 2ft 3ft and 5 ft but they were not strictly speaking circles i.e.  you would not get a perfect circle laying the curved parts end for end.  I would think that the double slip would be translated to the large (quasi 5ft) radius given the spacing needed for the points of the slips.

Cheers from Australia
