hello, im in the process of laying out track on my 10' x 16' around the room layout. i have heard different opinions concerning this topic, but thought i would ask you guys. when laying track on a shelf style layout 2' wide, how far should the track be to the edge of the rear of the table in order to be able to add cliff or mountainous scenery? im planning around 3" from the last track to the edge of the table, is this enough room? i dont want to crowd the track, and i want to be able to add scenery to the rear of the layout. any and all advice or opinions are welcome. thanks!
