Smaller than Z scale?

I am a three-rail O gauger (which means I probably should leave before I get yelled at by a rivet coutner[:)]). But I think this is the place for my question:
I always wanted to have a scale live steamers club on my layout. In real life, live steamers (the ones you can ride on) are 1/8 real size, running on 7.5" gauge track. Wouldn't it be great to have one of these in 1:48?! However, my problem is that Z scale, the smallest I know of, is only a little smaller than 1/4 the size of O scale, while I need a scale 1/8 the size of O. Does this scale that I seek exist? Any help you could give me would be most appreciated.

Thank you very much,
Daniel
