 Don: Have a look at www.sheepscotscale.com they make a number of HO scale working boats: tug, barge crane, coal barge, ferry etc. These are 'crafstman level' kits so they may be overkill for your intended use? Also I did a quick Google search for "HO scale boat" and got many hits. Using that route you may find what you want. Good luck, Randy
