Atlas RR Layout Package

I notice that atlas website offers various layout packages which offers convenience.  Is that much cheaper to purchase the package as opposed to individual tracks separately?

Couldn't tell ya off hand, but I think it should be as easy as adding up all the seperate parts and compairing to the set.
