Storm cloud backdrop

A couple of issues ago there was a photo set against a backdrop with storm clouds. Does anyone know of a source for that style of backdrop?

If you want to get back issues, in September, 1993 MR there was an article "Modeling a Rainscape" that will tell you all you will need, including wet scenery.
