Bob - Are your loco's sound equipped? Or did you pipe in the audio for the video. Just curious. TKs for another great peak at your layout.

Just so you know. In the paper today we found out that Telus [an internet service provider [what a joke]] was blocking youtube and others apparently, because they were "too" popular and Telus didn't like that people were using it so much.

Maybe others are doing the same thing. I don't know.

I run straight Windows XP with IE whatever. This video came up and ran just fine for me. As for Telus, it sounds like they're an IDP (Internet Dis-service Provider,) and you should look around for a real company that hasn't skimped on its bandwidth capacity. I'm with Comcast, and I've got no complaints. (No, I don't work for them.)

But dagnabbtit, Bob, you just keep raising the bar. Heck, I model the 1960's, but I can't even keep up with your steam-era stuff! Ab-so-lute-ly beautiful.

Seriously, once my layout is as complete as it's going to get, the next project is to get some steam engines and Jordan cars and hop in the Way-Back machine. Bob, it's your layout that has inspired me to do this.

Terry:

My throttles are equipped with sound. I also installed A RMC #312 sound station. The sound system is wired to a pair of stereo speakers hidden from view (under the work bench).

I'm glad you guys enjoyed the clips.

Have fun.
Bob......

Viewing Bob's layout is a wonderful and humbling experience. He does such great detailed work. I always enjoy seeing pictures and now the videos. [bow] I don't think I could ever have the patience to even come close to that.

Don't know what's up with that. I hit the link and it takes me to a photobucket page and all I have to do is click the movie clip and it starts. May you don't have the player that supports this clip? It's a Macromedia flashplayer 8 file.

Did you try downloading it from Macromedia's web site directly?

Very nice video!! I wish I had asked this awhile back but it looks to me that you are modeling S scale or is it a narrow guage of some kind.. What scale do you model??
