Yep, you would have to expiriment to see what speed step setting is 3 volts. But once you find that out it should be pretty simple. Just program all speed steps to whatever 3 volts is. If you dont have decoderpro than you should just set the start/mid/max to 3 volts so you only have to modify 3 CVs instead of 128.
