Foam Thickness - Does it Matter?

Thanks for your input, everyone. <br /> <br />Seeing as I am getting free plywood and stick lumber, I think I'll be able to build the layout plenty strong to support all the weight I need, and then get away with 1" foam. I would use probably even less than 1", but I want to leave myself the option to go down a little bit if I decide to later on.
