Thanks for the nice comments. will be HO! Track plan pretty simple since it is a small layout that will be going in a small bedroom! No basements in Florida! lol yep will be going in a corner . wiill still have some room to move around. Have some chairs etc. dosen't block the bedroom closet doors. Hight will be about 40 to 45 inches I think. DON
