I haven't been able to figure out the layers feature, so I did my upper and lower as two seperate track plans. I depends on how the levels are going to join. My upper will have all the scenery, the lower just train storage/staging, reversing loop and programming track. One track leads to the upper level, so far anyhow. <br /> <br />My track plans are at the site in my signature in the logos album. <br /> <br />If you figure it out let us know!
