HELP! Recommend Alpine Division 3500 Innovator THROTTLE??

Does anyone have a 3500 innovator walk-around control from Alpine Division Scale Models? I would surely love to hear the comments about this item, as I am seriously thinking of purchasing one myself. With all the features, esp. the brake and slow start controls it looks too good to be true. I would be using it with normal DC analog power trains.
You can post here or email me ,
Regards,
Tom M.

I've never even heard of them and I was doing some digging bfore our club went ot DCC. If it's features you're looking for consider DCC. Generic settings like brake and slow starts can be programmed into each decoder for an individualized experience to match each loco. Sorry I couldn't help with the original question though.

I just looked it up and I see that it is 149 dollars!!! For that price you could buy a zephyr. I did just notice your name and am guessing that a zephyr would not fulfill your power needs though so I'll bow out and let someone in with G scale experience.

You'll get a much better response to your question if you post it on the Garden Railways forum instead of here. I have G-scale but have never heard of this brand of throttle.

The throttle is max 4 amps current at 16 volts DC--so it would be fine for my LGB trains.
But I would like to hear from some who already use it (in any scale).
