I am building an HO scale 5' x 9' layout using Ez track how do i put an outside oval with 26" curve track on one end and 22" curve track on the other end then using switches put another oval inside with 22" curve track on end with 26" curve track and 18" curve track on the other end with the 22" curve track and have a elevated bridge from one side of the inside oval cross over to the other side of the inside oval can this be done? I'm sorry that I can't answer your question, but I am going to make a polite suggestion.
I had to read your post about five times before I could make any sense of it. The lack of punctuation marks and capitols, and the resulting run on sentence, made it an exceedingly difficult post to understand. You will probably have people who will simply move on rather than trying to figure out what you are asking.

i think he's describing double asymetric ovals, with a cross-over connecting them and the inner oval having a connection between the 2 sides of the oval (a reverse section). don't see how an "elevated" bridge can fit

Perhaps you shorten distance between the two tracks to give you a broader radius?
Are you planning to use steam or diesel locos?
As a newbie, I know downloading the free version of SCARM really helped my get things visualized. It is track planning software that can easily handle your ideas with the free version. There is a small learning curve, but it is actually fun. If you upgrade to the pay version you can see your layout in action with trains running virtually.
