Lowest diagram, #6 Peco turnouts,  #6 W/S crossover, 2" track centres. Easy peasey!

The San Francisco CalTrain Station yard has five (5!) double slips in the configuration you describe.

When I modeled it I used five (9°30') Walthers(/Shinohara) #6 double-slips (948-8814) and a 19° crossing.
