New Digitrax Throttle

Digitrax is coming out with a new throttle, the UT4, in November.

Can anyone point me to a site with this new throttle's specs? Or has anyone seen it and can explain it to me... how does it differ from their other utility throttles?

Digitrax's own site doesn't yet have a specification sheet, but the Google search I just did turned up a fairly long description at Loy's Toys:
