Those are described in the Model Railroader March 2011 issue. You can order a copy of the article or a back issue from Customer Service. Back issues of many magazines are also available from Railpub.
The elevator is kitbashed from the Walthers ADM elevator kit along with a number of others. They started with a Pikestuff warehouse for the Fertilizer Plant, again with bits and pieces from other kits.
