<p>If you carefully study pictures of a snowy village, you will note, that the roofs are covered with a "pillow" of snow - like shown on the following pic:</p> <p><img src="http://www.beatenbergbilder.ch/dorf/dorf_spirenwald_schnee_steinbock.jpg" style="max-width: 550px;" border="0" /></p> <p>Sprinkling snow powder of a roof won´t give you this effect. The best is to take a sheet of maybe 1/8" Styrofoam to cover the roof, shape it with sandpaper and give it a coat of white latex paint, to which you may add some glitter.</p> <p> </p>
