Rich, in the back of my head, I had the idea to trade the houses for another industry, just to add more operational interest. Put a boxcar on that spur, and things will get a little tight. That´s my only (still more fictional) concern. I am not at all against having some "bottlenecks" on a layout - add to the challenge!
