It deals with all aspects of model railroad layout design and construction. The focus ranges from discussions about design procedures, techniques and software to most aspects of how to build what you've designed or try to design. They could be of great help for the design of the area you are looking to fill. Hopes this helps or gets you pointed in the right direction. I've used each for the planning of my RR empire.
