There are several things you may try if I understand your question correctly.

One, on your post click on more and select edit and see if you can write in what you want.

If that doesn't work start a new post.

Another way to post an image is to click on the direct link under your picture in the hosting service and then go back to your new post and what looks like a green window in the tool bar which will say insert media. When you do this a window will open and copy the direct link in the box and then insert. Your image will the show in your post where ever you have the cursor.

I find it best to insert the image(s) in the middle of the post if you want to write before and after them by using the enter button to create tis space above and below before posting the image..

seemed easy enough,but on my side (here,my comp screen) the picts are full size shouldnt they have the frame around them you clic on to enlarge ? I just dont want to post picts that destort peoples screens and take forever to load ,here they are full screen and loaded right now !...Jerry

How did you make the benchwork round off around the outside like that? Good looking set up so far btw!

thanks , the rounded members are made 1/8" to 1/4" laun plywood cut into strips matching the frame work ,say 3" here ,then lay them up one at a time bending around a jig or pattern or framework to the shape your after, them glue and clamp or staple another strip over the first until youve built up to the desired thickness, here it was 1/2" thick x3'' x8' member ,very smilar as making spline road bed ,once the glue is dry youll have a shaped structurel member . dont confuse this with a  apron  that follows around the edge of layouts  to cover the frame members and give a finished look ,that is just a single strip that is painted and attached with screws. hope that helps
