Here's one: http://cs.trains.com/TRCCS/forums/p/144326/1603157.aspx#1603157
Found by putting "best online" (with quotes) in the search box and searching all Model Railroader forums.

dallasmodelworks.com is great. Very personal (when needed) service and extremely reliable. The owner,
Craig is a participant on this forum. I also like Cherry Creek Hobbies in Wyoming. These two guys get the majority of my business. Good prices and nice people.

You should probably just follow the link in the second post. However, here are my favorites:
Walthers sale items (www.walthers.com) -- stick to the sales ,and don't pay full price!
MB Klein (www.modeltrainstuff.com) -- good prices, great service, great S&H rates
Trainworld (www.trainworldonline.com) -- excellent prices, but sometimes spotty availability and a website that is almost impossible to navigate.
Dallas Model Works (www.dallasmodelworks.com) -- see previous post
Wholesale Trains (www.wholesaletrains.com) -- generally the lowest prices out there, but beware of high S&H rates, which can offset that, and sometimes long delays between ordering and shipping.
Connecticut Valley Railroad A Branch of the New York, New Haven, and Hartford
