 Todd - well said!If I had the time, the money and the space - plus plenty of buddies to join in the work and fun - I would built the layout you described , from a bustling port through an industrial district into  the beautiful countryside. Ah, dreams!  I am still happy with my 2´by 8´ shelf switcher with urban/port character... [swg]
