The height of the rail is in the "code" that you choose: cose 100 is 100/1000ths high (i.e. 1/10 of an inch). Ties may vary in thickness, but it is safe to assume that the ties are not as high as the rails - in real life, they may be 6" high by 9" wide. <br /> <br />I like the table so far - will you add bracing to the legs? <br /> <br />Andrew
