Thanks for all of the comments. I set my grades by using the Woodland Scenics risers. I also got a level from Micromark that measures grades and expresses them in percentages. <br /> <br />With respect to the background buildings, I am principally using walls of complete kits or I am scratch building them. The tire factory is almost complete, but I have not had a chance to add a photo yet.
