I just recently got some boxes out of storage that contain a bunch of Marx O gauge train items.  This collection started in about 1949 when my dad and his brothers gave my brother and me a starter set.  I still have have that set plus a lot of things that were added until about 1954 when it all got packed away due to moving. I've got four locos, a bunch of cars, lots of track, switches (manual and remote), lights, five transformers (including the original one) and even a bunch of Plasticville structures.  Most of the electrical stuff seems to work, although sluggishly.  I'll probably sell the stuff, but I would like to see it run well  before I do that.
