I'm a 65 year old single man living in Leesburg, FL.  This is just recent and have spent most of my time in the Daytona Beach area.  I am the product of 3 failed back surgeries and am quite crippled.  At first I decided to work restoring Dodge Shadow Convertibles.  I bought 6 and never was able to stay on my feet long enough to make it worthwhile.  So I managed to sell 3 of them and that gave me the funds to start buying N gauge model Railroads.  I bought most everything on E-bay.   The largest pieces were bought on Craig's List.  They were local and made a great combination.  More to come.......
