I'm a Christian husband and father of three homeschooled children and I live with a disability that prevents me from working full time. I currently write freelance and blog about my life as well as the Colorado Railroads blog. I am not able to get out as much as I would like, but I do take a great interest in steam and narrow-gauge steam in particular. My affection for the two surviving Rio Grande narrow gauge lines has always been strong, even as a boy. My dream as a dad is to take my children to Disney World some day. Doing so when we have a very limited income is going to be the biggest challenge, but God has taken care of us this far. He won't drop us or leave us.
