Modified Campbell Bunkhouse "A"

Posted by jlwitt

A new addition for the work camp, an HO scale Campbell Scale Models "Bunkhouse A". Tossed out the cardboard roof/floor, replaced with styrene roof and wood floor from coffee stirrers. The "paint" is Bragdon weathering powder for the main structure, craft acrylics for the trim. The roof is individually-placed cedar shingles cut from a sheet from Sierra Scale Models (it wasn't that bad, about 2 1/2 hours total to shingle). Washed with alcohol/India ink wash and dry-brushed with acrylics. Nail holes made with a push pin.
