PRR L2 Mikado #9628 Passing BRIDGE Tower On The EPIC Railroad

A local freight draws a class L2 USRA Mikado #9628 on the Eastern Pennsylvania Interconnect Railroad (EPIC), my class 2 subsidiary of the Pennsylvania Railroad. The model is a K-Line Mikado modified to Pennsy standards by placing the classification lights on the pilot and moving the generator to behind the headlight. The engine was heavily weathered to represent the lowly status these USRA locos held on the Pennsylvania Railroad.
