The Boy Scouts of America have camped out on my bedroom layout in honor of the BSA's 100th anniversary. Actually, these scouts are from BSA troop 656, one of 4 troops from the Cleveland area that went to the 75th anniversary Scout Jamboree in 1985. I attended that Jamboree and have many fond memories of it. So I thought it only fitting to honor those Scouts of 25 years ago by recreating them with reproduction Marx Boy Scouts.
Completing this scene are a Plasticville fence, lamp post & signal bridge, the Lionel whistle shack and some Playmobil trees. Over on track one the Lionel MPC James Gang General passes but the Scouts are too involved in their activities to pay much attention.
