         Three years ago this month,many of you readers said it couldnt be done. Well afterthree summers and two winters,i am enjoying my great hobby outdoors. It is not a garden RR,but a platform layout.It measures 4' x 38',and consists three dogbone loops.When i am fullyalert,i can run five trains at any one time.This is possible thru a block system. Yes  it has its maintance problems ,but i find it well worth the effort. THE OUTSIDER
