I have spoken well of this organisation in the past and i still think they are prett good but they have well and truly mucked up a delivery to me and the matter is still not sorted out. Payed them 2 November but still havent got the goods, the shipment has obviously gone astray and this does happen from time to time. But they have so much business on at the moment i don't think they can handle things properly, well it appears that way to me.ie they havent handled a lost shipment very well at all. didn't even send the original shipment as i asked or none of this would have happened. Saying they are not getting emails all the time as well.Rgds ian
