It mission was to photograph the line improvements and possible problems with flooding on the line. <br /> <br /><center>[img]http://1stclass.mylargescale.com/CaptCarrales/CAPphoto.jpg[/img] <br />Civil Air Partrol Photo of Downtown Two Trees, Texas </center> <br /> <br />“It is our service,” said Lt. Harlan Hammer unit Public Affairs Officer, “as CAP volunteers to offer our services to the people of the Micaela Valley.” <br /> <br />The Squadron was recenly chartered and is now meeting at the Mac Shift Air Field near Norma, Texas. It is comanded by Capt J.E. Carrales, N&MRR president. <br /> <br /><center><font size="5">Micaela Flyer runs Completes First Run!</font id="size5"> <br /><i>By Richard "Scoop" Carails- Two Trees Times</i></center> <br /> <br /><b>Two Trees, Texas-</b> <i>The Micaela Flyer</i>, made an historic first run last week and Capt J.E. Carrales announced that it would most definately become a regular train. <br /> <br /><center>[img]http://1stclass.mylargescale.com/CaptCarrales/downtown.jpg[/img] <br />Micaela Flyer pulling into Two Trees, Texas</center> <br /> <br /><i>The Garden Flyer </i> the line's premier passenger train is slated to become a regular train some time in January, provided that the work on the line to Micaela is finished. <i>The Micaela Flyer</i>, is to be operated with a mixed consist. <br /> <br /> <br /><center><font size="5">The Norma Photographic Society Captures Railroad Experience</font id="size5"> <br /><i>By Richard "Scoop" Carails- Two Trees Times</i></center> <br /> <br /><b>Norma, Texas-</b> The Norma Photographic Society began an expose on railroad life last week and the Two Trees Times is proud to display the fruits of their latest effort.
