I was at the CVP website looking at the R/C uints , I see the T9000 wirelees throtte has turnout & accy. capabilites ,and it may look like the AW9T throtte does to ?. What i would like to know is how the accessory decoders work, It does not say if it is just a reciver are if it is a decoders only ,If it a decoder only , What else is needed to make it work. <br /> Thank you Scott
