This a bit of an embarrassing post really for a railway forum, but I've always been told that if you don't know - ask.
Youngest son has a signal for the layout and asked me where to put it so as to be in keeping with a real railway. After a short silence I realized I was stumped.
Is there anywhere on the web where I can go for a sort of 'railway highway code'
I don't want to try and signal a huge goods yards but my mainline would be a start
Many thanks Troy (the railway muppet, according to my son)
P.S. I got the track the right way up though!
