When ordering specify precise shipping mode.2. Make sure shipment is insured and includes a tracking number.3. Ask for a dispatch advise (in our experience that is normal from RidgeRoad) 4. As soon as you receive the dispatch advise, check the tracking number on the forwarder's website.The above will enable you to follow the shipment from the sender right to your door and it will also indicate precisely where the snag is. Perhaps this advise is too late for the shipment in question, but it could help with subsequent shipments.RegardsER PS When there are forwarding problems, leaning on the forwarder will show quicker results than contacting the shipper. Most forwarders have toll-free numbers and since it is on their dime persistence will pay! At least that is our experience.
