Tom that sounds like a lot of work to me, but of course you get the money for all the extra work but to what end, the tax man gets a lot of it, not fair really.I am on holidays at a place about 1100 km south of where i live and about 100 km south of Syndey. It is really beautiful here as far as scenery goes the sun is shining the surf is terrific but its as cold as hell, with a freezing wind blowing straight up from Antarctica.Rgds ian
