Ghelman, Actually I made up the design, however it does seem reminiscent of the Rocket; (maybe it's not as original as i thought :-) It was used in the pacific northwest (at least i think that's what dad called it) during the late 18 hundreds to early 19's, hence the sea gull you see in the completed pictures. The Railroad is in an area similar to that of Calico Ghost Town. Here is a shot of the tender nearly completed i just need to paint the couplers a rust color.
