Tom, <br /> <br />As Ian said LGB and Aristo should be fine 2nd hand. There is a slight profile change between the rails, but with a bit of care you can connect the two to each other. This is OK on a permanent layout. You don't want to be doing it all the time on a temporary one though. <br /> <br />5 watts? Are you sure you mean watts and not Amps? If it is 5 amps you should be fine for single loco trains. If it's 5 watts then you might have a problem, I don't think you could even run a N gauge engine on that! <br /> <br />If you intend to run 3 or 4 engines on the front, then 5amps might be a bit low. But start out small and you can work your way up and learn as you go. <br /> <br />Glen. <br /> <br /> <br />
