You know that bit about making sure it is level, well that is very good advice and I would add the following. <br /> <br />1/ Do not overlook the need to get your level correct from side to side as well, if you muck the camber up you will have trouble with derailing, and never quite know why, from one who has and did. <br /> <br />2/ It is not all that necessary to have your layout level lengthwise all the time, as if you want to put in a gradient, now is the time to do it. I have had to go to 4 % on my new area 3 and it doesn't look to good (unrealistic) but all works ok. <br /> <br />The Sunshine Kid.
