Kevin, I had that slendid "Warm and Fuzzy" feeling when I read about you making a James out of a Model Die Casting 2-6-2. I would have been thrilled had my dad done that for me when I was that age (I am 13, and still have a secret thing for Thomas the Tank engine, but thats the best part of having a 8 year old sister, you can always blame it on her). But, when I was 8, I did that. I made a Thomas, Percey, James and Edward out of HO scale models, But they had motors. I also made Annie, Clarabel, some more coaches, and frieght cars. I still have them and run them from time to time on my soon to be trashe HO scale layout. If you are aware, Bachmann makes HO/OO scale models of Thomas and hius friends James and Percey. They also make Annie and Clarabel as well as The troublesome trucks, Bertie the Bus, Sir Topham Hat, Harold the Helecoptor, and Cranky the crane. Nick
