Whenever you get in the doldrums it is a good time to take on a new challenge or master a new skill. It’s too early in the season for me to begin a building project, which I like to save for the cold months. Nevertheless, I always like to master something new using my Paint Shop Pro 8 program to edit pictures. Here’s an example using something called a “callout,” which I always thought was called a speech balloon.

Then again, perhaps I should be putting those marker lights on my LGB drovers’ caboose!

Regards to all,

Bill C.
South Jersey
